- We pride ourselves on getting your orders to you as soon as possible. Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days - or less!

- We offer Free local delivery and contactless pick-up in Whitby Ontario!
- What type of shipping do you offer?
- Shipping is available with standard and express options. If the option is not presented at checkout for your address, send us an email!
- What do I do if I need my oder by a certain date?
- Make a note at checkout and we will contact you if we can't have it arrive on time. We will try our best to have your order to you as quickly as possible!

Custom Orders
- How do I request a custom order?
- Send us an email at info@rkandbeaudesigns.ca or complete our contact
- What is the cost for custom orders?
- As each custom order is unique, we will provide a quote based on each order.
- Simple custom orders like changing our current designs to include additional details may only increase the products cost by $5.
- Can you make anything with custom orders?
- We consider all aspects when taking custom orders: if it follows what our brand represents, is not offensive to any persons, groups or shares hate in any way.
